Frequently asked questions
Your questions about the network
Who can apply?
Independent trainers and consultants with solid professional experience in one of our areas and prior experience delivering training to adults.
Do I need to be independent?
Yes. The network brings together independent partners: this is not a job offer. You keep your own business and your other clients.
Are certifications required?
No. They are valued, especially for agile programs (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe…), but we look first at your practical experience and your teaching skills.
Which delivery formats?
It depends on the assignment: onsite, remotely in a virtual classroom, or in-company at the client's premises. You tell us in the form which formats suit you.
How does the selection work?
After reviewing your profile, we invite you to an interview and, when required, a short teaching demonstration. We then qualify the areas and programs you will be able to deliver.
Are assignments guaranteed?
No. Joining the network does not guarantee any volume of assignments or income. We call on qualified trainers based on our clients' requests, their country, their language and the topic.
I live in another country. Can I apply?
For now, the network focuses on the 15 countries listed on this page. More countries may be added later.
